Looking for advice/ideas...?

I am a young married mother of two and have decided to go back to school... I have never been the type of person that knows exactly what I want to do with my life although I've often had many different ideas. My interests/things I could see myself doing on a long term basis would be anything in regards to psychology/sociology. I've also thought maybe something along the lines of a nutritionist or a pediatrician. I honestly have no idea the direction I want to go in. I have a meeting with several counselors through out the next few weeks to try and pin point something I could get into. At this point I'm just looking for ideas or suggestions, nothing specific.
