When will Moody's downgrade United States sovereign debt?

A downgrade is rumored to be in the works. Considering what Obama is doing, I cannot blame the rating agencies. It will be interesting to watch Obama try to get them to hold off on the downgrade till after the November elections, and it will be interesting to see if the rating agencies give Obama the finger.
