Megaman Battle Network FAQ?

Man It's been a while sinced I played the Battle Network series. Anyway #176 would be B. The only way to get it is by using a gameshark or sending your game to download it (like Pokemon). # XX would be Chip/BUSTER is a glitch and the onlt way to get it is to use a cheat device (gameshark) and then turn on all chips code's to get him if you are "lucky".
