Will The World Burn?

In The Dark Knight (Batman) Alfred who is batman's servent/butler says that some people just wanna see the world burn, like that guy who killed a penger in a greyhound bus then beheaded him for no reason. I totally agree with this statement do you? I know this isnt wrestling but this is were most people answer questions.
