Living in Nh and state police or navy ! !!!!?

Can anyone tell me about NH state police salary i know it starts at 45500 a year whats the top salary and i know u have to move there how is it living in nh i live in m now and i feel like it will be tough out there to go out aand socialize with people and meet knew people and whats a good salary to live on with a nice apartment or 1 to 2 bedroom house also i have wanted to join the navy for a couple yeaars now and im trying to make some decisions i want both of them and its killing me about what to do cause i feel like if id odnt do the military i will be missing out and if i do join i will still have to find a job when i get out of the military can anyone help me it would be great if you did thanks alot
