Sealed or ported enclosure?

Right now i have two 12inch kicker cvr in a sealed enclosure woul dit be much louder if i got two single ported enclosure one for each sub because one big ported enclosure wont fit in my car so i would have to face the single subs back to back if i got the ported i have a weird trunk.
