My Husband sent another women a birthday card what should I do?

It was the week of our anniversary and he didn't get me anything. He has been texting her almost everyday when i asked him about it he said that he made a mistake and he was sorry. he deleted her information and said he it will never happen again. But i'm so hurt i just don't know what to do? She lives in West Virgina so nothing else happened.
