Are riding breeches hard to put on?

haha a few pairs of mine take a struggle, stretching and lying down on the bed haha to get on especially my winter full seat ones with leather, but sometimes i just strain into a pair of tights beforehand to help dem breeches slide on haha but it gets kinda hot in the summer. what about you girls?
