Will disability stop her emigrating?

Hi I chat to a lovely lady in America who has to claim disability for a condition that makes her suffer vertigo and sickness and she is worried that it might stop her if she wants to emigrate to Britain one day,can anyone tell me if her disability stop her from being allowed in? (I would appreciate sensible answers please,any rudeness will be flagged)
