What can i use on my feet so they sweat too much even when is vey cold ?

i live in chicago and work half of the time outdors, cold weather is here ,and I have a problems with my feet sweating a lot, when it's cold the sweat on my socks makes it hard to keep them warm,is there a product over the counter that anybody suggest i can use
