How long will my dog live?

I have a 94 pound female golden retriever named Sailor. My dog had been having episodes where she would act really weird and couldn't get up and stuff. Today we took my dog to the animal hospital and she has a softball-sized cancerous tumor inside her spleen. Her spleen has already started bleeding and is pretty much bleeding all over her stomach. It is too far advanced and no surgery or anything can be done. The cancer has already spread to her liver. She will be given blood transfusions to help make her feel better but these will not last long and soon her episodes will become more and more frequent and severe. How long do you think she has to live? I know it is a quality of life decision where she will get to the point where she will have an "episode" all the time and then we will just have to make a decision. But how long do you think she has before she reaches this point?
