Dental Work Done and lip is weird?

I had a Root c and 2 fillings done all side by side on the bottom right side. Dentist used 2 syringes of Novocaine one by my cheek/jaw and one closer to the front of my mouth kinda surrounding the teeth being worked on. well all the numbness is gone completely not tingling or anything. but when i go to drink out of a gatorade bottle or make the motion to kiss like pouting my lips out to kiss my lip is like its in a paralysis state i can move it but its lazy kind of like when a person has a stroke and they have facial paralysis and its drooping. mine is not drooping but i feel as if i have lost most of my control of my lip. it trys to move but its not the full movement that i normally can do. i dont know how else to explain it but that its kinda paralyzed partially.
